How backups work

We back up project data automatically, so you do not need to schedule anything yourself.

What is backed up

• Databases: every night, kept for 14 days.
• Uploaded files: every night, kept for 14 days.
• Project settings: on every change, kept for 30 days.

Request a restore

Write to support with the project name, what to restore and the date you want to return to. We restore into a copy first so you can check it before anything is overwritten.
