Managing team access
Each person should have their own login with the lowest role that lets them do their job.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Viewer | See projects and reports. |
| Editor | Change project settings and trigger deployments. |
| Owner | Everything above, plus billing and access management. |
Invite a teammate
Open Settings → Team, enter their email and pick a role. The invitation expires after seven days.
Remove someone who left
Remove them from Settings → Team on their last day. Their sessions end immediately.
Do not share logins. Shared accounts make it impossible to tell who changed what.
